A great recipe for the whole family

So, I know people have a love/hate relationship with cauliflower… but I tried this recipe and not only did my husband ask for seconds but my three kids devoured it!  My son now asks me every morning, “Mom, when can we have those yummy white flowers again?”

Supermom of the Week

Yvonne lives in Fort McMurray Alberta Canada. She is a mother of a 3 year old boy and a 1 1/2 year old little girl. She has been doing Turbo Jam since her son was born and is also doing ChaLEAN Extreme.  She loves working out and is getting her personal fitness certification online.

Oh and just a little bit of motivation for those of you who still have a ways to go…..she lost 90 pounds after each pregnancy!! That’s right TWICE! Anyone can do it!!!
